It
is hard to believe some of the stories related here happened in the
"Land of the Free" -- but, unfortunately, they did. The Chapters are
pot-boilers.

A sample
chapter starts off with a cop listening to wiretaps, only to discover
that a prominent politician's wife has killed their daughter. A setup
ensues.

"Everything in this book is true and provable, except my opinions,"
author Shelley Waxman claims. Interesting stuff.
Waxman is a former Assistant
U.S. Attorney from Chicago, who has practiced law for 37 years and has
been on the inside of many unusual cases, involving many unusual people.
